JetPipe Plumbing was founded in Sunnyvale by Anna Gurbanova-Muravyeva with one goal: to give Bay Area homeowners a plumbing company they could trust with the big jobs. She runs it together with her husband, Stefan, who used to go out on the jobs himself and now runs the day-to-day work.
As a family-owned and family-run business, we built JetPipe around the things we wanted to see in the trades: clear prices, accountable work, and respect for every home we walk into. That is why every plumber explains the work before it starts, every quote is in writing, and every job ends with a clear explanation of what was done.
We handle the full range of residential plumbing, but our depth is in the systems that cost the most to get wrong: water heaters, water lines, sewer lines, and whole-house repiping. Those are the jobs homeowners call us about most, and the ones where licensed experience matters most.
Permits, Equipment, and Crews Under One Roof
A plumbing job goes right when three things are in order: the paperwork, the tools, and the people. We keep all three in-house.
Our Own Permit Department
Permits and inspections are handled by our own permit department, not left to you. For water heater and main line projects, the team draws the plans the city asks for, pulls the permit, and schedules the inspection. For heat pump water heaters it also runs the load calculation, checks that your electrical panel can carry the unit, and prepares the rebate paperwork. A JetPipe team member meets the inspector on site.
Our Own Equipment
Pipe bursting, trenchless water line installation, and hydro jetting are done by our own crews with our own equipment. Nothing is handed off to a subcontractor, so one company answers for the whole job.
