What happens during the descaling process?
We connect a pump and circulate a diluted descaling solution (typically food-grade citric acid or white vinegar) through the heat exchanger for 45 to 90 minutes, then flush with clean water. The unit is then tested before we leave.
Can I descale my tankless unit myself?
Homeowners can purchase descaling kits, but professional service includes a full inspection — gas connections, venting, filters, condensate drain — that a DIY flush does not cover. We also carry parts for any issues found during service.
How long does a maintenance visit take?
Typically 1.5 to 2 hours for a full service including descaling, filter cleaning, and inspection.
Does my manufacturer warranty require annual maintenance?
