400+ Five-Star Reviews

Jet Pipe Plumbing provides water line installation in Sunnyvale, CA, serving homeowners throughout San Jose, Santa Clara, and the South Bay. This covers interior water line work — appliance hookups, new branch runs, and new supply lines — using copper piping with upfront, flat-rate pricing.

Supply Line Work Inside the House

Not every water line job is a large one. Most of these take a single visit.

Appliance and Fixture Lines

Dedicated copper supply for refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, and any appliance that needs a clean, correctly sized connection.

New Branch Lines for Remodels

Hot or cold branches run off the existing supply to a new fixture location, a bathroom addition, or a relocated sink.

Laundry Box Installation

A recessed outlet box carrying hot and cold valves and the standpipe connection, set into the wall so the washer hoses stay accessible and the wall stays finished.

Whatever Needs Water, We Run the Line

Interior supply work covers more ground than most homeowners expect. A dedicated line to a new refrigerator. A cold branch to a bathroom addition. Hot and cold runs to a relocated kitchen sink. A laundry box set into a wall that never had one.

Copper is our default here as well. It handles local water chemistry without scaling, meets code, and stays serviceable for decades. PEX goes in where the run calls for flexibility.

We assess the scope, pull permits where the work requires them, run the lines, and leave the site clean. If a new branch is tying into a supply pipe that is already failing, we will say so and point you to the whole house repipe instead of selling you the branch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you run a line to a refrigerator in a finished wall?

Usually yes. We find the nearest suitable supply, cut a small access opening, run the line, and set a shutoff where you can actually reach it. The opening stays as small as the job allows and gets prepped for patching. Where the layout makes a concealed run impractical, we show you the alternative before anything is cut.

Both. A recessed laundry box carries the hot and cold valves and the standpipe connection in one unit set into the wall. Installing it as a unit keeps the hoses accessible and the wall finished, which matters more than it sounds like on the day a washer hose finally needs replacing.

The old run is capped or removed and a new one is routed to wherever the appliance is going, sized for the fixture and tied into the existing supply. While the framing is open during a remodel is the cheapest moment to do it.
