How long does a tankless installation take?
Most installations take 3 to 5 hours. Homes that need a gas line upgrade or more complex venting routing may take longer. We give you a time estimate when we assess the job.
Do I need to upgrade my gas line?
Often yes. Tankless units require a larger gas supply than standard tank heaters. We assess your existing line during the quote — if an upgrade is needed, we include it in the flat-rate price.
Can you install any brand of tankless water heater?
We install Navien, Rinnai, Noritz, Rheem, A.O. Smith, and others. We are Navien-certified. If you have a specific brand in mind, call us to confirm.
Do you install electric tankless water heaters?
No. We install gas tankless units only.
What venting is required?
Most modern condensing tankless units use PVC concentric venting. We design and install the venting run as part of the job — this is not an afterthought.
How hard is maintenance on a tankless unit?
