What We Do

Pneumatic moling is a method of underground pipe installation where a compressed-air mole drives through the soil, displacing it outward and pulling the new pipe behind it. No trench along the run. No excavation under driveways, patios, or landscaping. Entry and exit pits are small — typically one shovel width on each end. We perform moling in-house with our own equipment and crew. Copper is our default pipe material: it meets all Bay Area code requirements and delivers a 50+ year service life. HDPE is available where site conditions make it the better fit. Our licensed plumbers manage the full job — site assessment, permit procurement, underground installation, and final inspection — without subcontracting the core work.
