How soon can a plumber get to my home?
Same-day visits are often available anywhere in our service area. Call before the afternoon and there is a good chance a technician can come the same day. Appointments run from 7 AM to 10 PM daily.
Which rebate program covers a heat pump water heater at my address?
It depends on who supplies your electricity, and that usually follows your city: SVCE for most of Santa Clara County, San José Clean Energy in San Jose, Silicon Valley Power in the City of Santa Clara, City of Palo Alto Utilities in Palo Alto, and WestLight Energy in San Mateo County. Our permit department checks eligibility during the estimate and handles the paperwork, before or after the install depending on the program.
Are the plumbers who come to my house JetPipe employees?
Every plumber we send to your home is a JetPipe employee working directly under our C-36 license, number 1139033. We do not hand jobs off to subcontractors, and that includes specialized work like hydro jetting, pipe bursting, and trenchless water line installation, which our own crews handle with equipment we own.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available through our partner, Synchrony, so you can spread the cost of a larger project, such as a water heater replacement or a whole house repipe, over time. Ask about it when you call or during your free on-site estimate.
