First inspection, trench still open
The city inspector checks the new pipe against code before anything is covered. The tests depend on the project.
Backfill and final inspection
After approval we backfill the trench and restore the site. A second inspection confirms the job is complete, and in most cases it is a formality.
Sewer repipe work carries a warranty of up to 25 years. It transfers to the next owner if you sell the house, as long as JetPipe services the plumbing.
