JetPipe Plumbing was founded by Anna Gurbanova-Muravyeva, and she still runs it. That matters more than it sounds. When you call, you are reaching a small local company where one person is accountable for the work, not a call center routing your job to whoever is available.
- We quote before we start. You approve the price first. No hourly billing, no invoice that grew while you were at work.
- We show up when we say we will. If something changes, you hear it from us before your appointment window, not after.
- We stand behind the work in writing. Our whole house copper repipe carries a fifteen year warranty on parts and labor.

We are based on Stewart Drive in Sunnyvale and cover the South Bay and Peninsula
from there. If your city is not on the list, call us anyway. We often work just outside our
usual range.
The map shows where we work most weeks, not a fence. We are based in Sunnyvale and we regularly take jobs just outside it. One call tells you whether we can reach you and when.
Are you licensed and insured to work in California?
Yes. We hold California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license number 1139033 and carry full liability insurance. You can verify our license on the CSLB website using that number.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. We are open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM, and we hold slots for urgent jobs. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day visit. We do not run overnight service.
Is there a fee to come out and look?
Estimates are free. We look at the problem, explain what we found, and give you a price before any work begins. You decide from there.
How much does a repipe cost?
It depends on the size of the home, the number of fixtures, whether we run copper or PEX, and how accessible the walls and crawlspace are. We give you a written price after we see the house, and that price is what you pay.
Should I switch to a tankless water heater?
Sometimes. Tankless makes sense if you are running out of hot water, want to reclaim floor space, or plan to stay in the home long enough to recover the higher install cost. It requires adequate gas supply and venting, which not every home has. We install Navien, Rinnai, Noritz, Rheem, Bradford White, and A.O. Smith, and we will tell you honestly if a standard tank is the better call. We do not install electric tankless units.
How do I know if my house has a full repipe coming?
Common signs are pressure that keeps dropping, water that runs rusty after the house sits, and leaks that keep appearing in new spots. Older homes with galvanized supply lines are the usual candidates. One leak is a repair. A pattern of leaks is a repipe.
